Corporate Gupshup works because it's candid and safe. These rules protect your anonymity, other people, and the quality of the community.

Stay anonymous, yours and others'
Never post anyone's real name, phone, email, address, employee ID, or government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN). Don't try to identify a specific private individual. Protect your own anonymity too.

No targeting or shaming individuals
Discuss situations, roles and companies, not named people. Calling out an identifiable person to harass or shame them is not allowed.

No unverified accusations
Don't state as fact that a named person or company committed a crime or specific wrongdoing without basis. This protects everyone, including you, from defamation risk.

No abuse, hate, or threats
No slurs, harassment, or attacks based on religion, caste, gender, region, language, orientation or disability. No threats of harm. Ever.

Text only, no spam
This is a text-only community. No media, no links used to route around the rules, no promotional spam or scams.

Use hashtags honestly
Tag your posts with relevant hashtags. Don't create abusive, hateful or identifying hashtags.

Consequences are real
Content is moderated. Serious violations can lead to content removal, reputation loss, and for severe cases, an account ban and forfeiture of your membership.
