Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Corporate Gupshup, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Corporate Gupshup is an India-focused, anonymous, text-only workplace discussion platform for signed-in members.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for complying with all applicable laws, employer obligations, confidentiality duties, and professional responsibilities.

Account and anonymity

Members sign in with Google but participate under an anonymous Corporate Gupshup handle. Other members should see only that anonymous handle. Corporate Gupshup retains an internal mapping between your account and your activity for safety, moderation, account support, abuse investigation, and lawful-request response.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Community Guidelines. Do not post unlawful content, targeted abuse, hate, threats, doxxing, spam, impersonation, confidential information you are not allowed to share, or unverified allegations presented as fact. Corporate Gupshup is text-only. Do not attempt to upload or distribute media through the service.

Content ownership and license

You retain copyright in content you create. By posting, commenting, reporting, or otherwise submitting content, you grant Corporate Gupshup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, remove, and operate that content as needed to provide and protect the service.

Moderation rights

We may review, limit, remove, or hide content, and may suspend, ban, or restrict an account when rules are broken or when we believe action is needed to protect members, comply with law, respond to reports, or preserve platform integrity. Moderation decisions may consider content, account history, report context, and safety risk.

Payments and membership

Paid membership, when enabled, gives access to member-only interaction features for the selected billing period. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment processor shown at checkout. Prices, plans, taxes, and payment methods may be shown on the Pricing page or during checkout.

Cancellation and refund handling is governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Corporate Gupshup is a digital membership service and does not currently ship physical goods. Delivery of paid access is described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful conduct by other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate Gupshup limits its aggregate liability to the lesser of fees paid by you to us or INR 1,000.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Corporate Gupshup against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, break the Community Guidelines, create safety risk, or use the service unlawfully.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
