Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital membership service

Corporate Gupshup provides access to a digital, members-only workplace discussion platform. Membership unlocks posting and interaction features such as creating posts, commenting, voting, and saving posts. There are no physical goods sold as part of the current membership.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation of a paid membership by contacting us at support@corporategupshup.com. If recurring billing is enabled, cancellation stops future renewals after we process the request. Your current paid access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless we confirm otherwise.

If a membership is cancelled because of a serious rule violation, abuse, fraud, spam, doxxing, targeted harassment, or other breach of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, paid access may be forfeited.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may issue a refund when there is a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, failed access after successful payment, or another verified billing issue attributable to Corporate Gupshup.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial use of a membership period, change of mind after access has been delivered, account suspension or ban for rule violations, or requests made after substantial use of paid features.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through our payment processor. Bank, UPI, card network, or payment gateway timelines may vary, but approved refunds are usually initiated within 7 working days after approval.

How to request help

Email support@corporategupshup.com with your registered email address, payment date, amount, payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge support and grievance requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days where feasible.
