Corporate Gupshup is a digital membership service. This policy explains how access is delivered and confirms that we do not ship physical goods.
No physical goods
Corporate Gupshup currently sells access to a digital, members-only workplace discussion platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods, merchandise, documents, devices, or printed material as part of the current service.
Digital delivery
After a successful membership payment, access is delivered digitally to the account used for sign-in. Paid features are expected to become available in-app after payment confirmation and account verification. Delivery may be delayed if the payment is under review, the account requires verification, or there is a technical issue with payment confirmation.
If you have paid successfully but paid access is not reflected in your account, contact us at support@corporategupshup.com with your registered email address, payment date, amount, and payment reference if available.
Shipping charges
Since there are no physical goods, there are no shipping charges, courier charges, delivery fees, or cash-on-delivery options for the current service.
If physical goods are introduced
If Corporate Gupshup introduces any physical goods in the future, we will update this page before selling those goods and will disclose applicable shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, serviceable locations, tracking details, and return handling.
